SPA RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We highly recommend scheduling your spa services in advance as they are subject to availability. A valid credit card is required at time of booking.

We require a 24 hour cancellation notice to avoid full charge of service.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates may be purchased in any denomination.

ARRIVAL TIME

To make the most of your spa experience, we recommend you arrive 30 minutes before your appointment time.

LATE ARRIVAL

In the event that you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to provide the remainder of your service time.

SPA ETIQUETTE

To ensure a quiet, relaxing, and exceptional spa experience, and for the privacy and consideration of our guests, we strictly enforce a NO CELL PHONE, NO CAMERA policy. Cell phones and personal devices are to be kept in your locker and put on silent mode. 

HEALTH PRECAUTIONS

It is the responsibility of the guest to inform the spa concierge and service provider of any health restrictions or pregnancy. Spa guests with health restrictions must have medical clearance from a physician to receive services. If it is professionally decided that a particular spa service is a contraindication, we will do our best to make the necessary accommodations.

AGE LIMIT

You must be 18 years of age to receive any of the treatments on our treatment menu (excludes Hair & Nail Services with adult supervision at the regular service rate.

SPA FEES

A $20.00 Spa Entrance Fee is charged to all Day Spa guests. Hotel guests who receive a spa service will be waived the Spa Entrance Fee. Hotel Guests who are not receiving a spa service and wish to use the spa amenities will be charged a $20.00 Spa Entrance Fee. Amenities include use of changing lounges, relaxation area, steam room, indoor pool, fitness center, sun deck (in season), spa robes, sandals, towels, personal amenities. 

For your convenience, a 19% gratuity is automatically added to your service provider for each spa service received. CT sales tax will be applied on all taxable services and retail purchases.
